Documents / Neighborhood Explanation: As far I know there is such compound word used in Dari language; the first term وثایق is the plural form of "وثیقه" meaning "document" or "deed", while the second term "گذر" means "Neighborhood". The second term is also used on Afghan tazkera [Identity Card]: کلی / گذر , meaning Village / Neighborhood. Example sentence(s):

Gozar documents Explanation: وثایق is the plural for وثیقه taken from Arabic language and used widely in judicial terminology in Afghanistan. وثیقه is a legal document issued by court to close relative like brother, sister to be the advocate and defend for her/his brother and sister in the court. They don't need to have education degrees for obtaining this document. Gozar is a widely used term in municipality area that makes a part of urban district not rural district or village.
