primary decision Explanation: . -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 hrs (2015-06-10 14:13:34 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In Iranian D.T.A (Direct Taxation Act) they use ruling and verdict for رأی and decision for قرار. For example قرار صادره جلسه استماع is "Hearing decision". Decision is a temporary outcome of a trial or so which is issued due to the fact that enough evidences are not at hand for the judge to issue the FINAL ruling. Since every session needs an official outcome and the fact that enough evidences are not provided for the final ruling, they need to issue a decision. |
