Paying a visit to the Ministry of Justice Office of Declarations Explanation: Refer to این کلمه به معنای مراجعه کردن به جایی نیست، بلکه به معنای ارجاع دادن است مثلا ارجاع دادن بیمار به یک پزشک متخصص. معنی دیگر آن نیز مراجعه کردن به چیزی است نه جایی مثلا مراجعه کردن به فرهنگ لغت . بنابر این برای مراجعه کردن به جایی باید از کلمات دیگر استفاده کرد -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 126 days (2014-10-13 09:21:51 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Justice Administration این عبارت به معنای اجرای عدالت است نه به معنای وزارت دادگستری ِِ Department of Justice (In America)- Ministry of Justice (in Iran) به معنای دادگستری یا همان وزارت دادگستری است Refer به جای این کلمه بهتر است از کلمات زیر استفاده کرد visit, pay a visit to, go to, attend, etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 126 days (2014-10-13 09:50:05 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- According to Oxford Dictionary, declaration (in law) means a plaintiff's statement of claims in proceedings. در معنای حقوقی این کلمه به معنای اظهار نامه است که مدعی یا خواهان در دعوی حقوقی درخواست خود را اینگونه با خوانده یا مدعی علیه عنوان می کند عموماً از اظهار نامه قبل از طرح دعوای اصلی استفاده میشود. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 181 days (2014-12-06 21:00:35 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- According to vajehyab.com, مراجعه has two different meanings in Persian : 1. رجوع کردن (refer to) 2. رفتن به جایی یا نزد کسی برای انجام کاری (go to). We refer to مراجعه کردن a dictionary. but we go to مراجعه کردن (not refer to ) a court. So مراجعه کردن can be translated into English as refer to or go to depending on what we want to say. In the sentence above "مراجعه کردن به دایره ..." we should chose the second meaning of مراجعه , so we should write "go to" not "refer to." |
