A source (http://www.msol.co.uk/main/h1070.htm) defines tax relief as:

Tax Relief
The system of exemptions and deductions on income and expenditure whereby the Tax Inspector can identify taxable income.

So I assume there is no difference between tax relief, tax break, and tax exemption, though تخفیف مالیاتی, as suggested by Mr. Beikian is also very accurate and acceptable.

  -> Thank you very much for the comment; that could be a point for discussion though dictionaries define tax relief, break, and exemption as the same. Even there is no entry for tax exemption while there is an entry for both tax relief and break.
