DT (pediatric diphtheria and tetanus)
Explanation:
Denise is right about "doble" being redundant in English; I think Taña's reference from Navarro makes the same point. DT means p(a)ediatric diphtheria and tetanus vaccine, and the initials are used in both Spanish and English. This combination is commonly known in Spanish as "doble bacteriana", and exists in two versions, DT (pediatric) and dT or Td (older children and adults). But we don't call it "double" in English. Nor do we call the "triple bacteriana" or the "triple vírica" triple.

"Doble" has nothing to do with the dose; it refers to the fact that this combined vaccine protects against two bacterial infections.

And Joseph is of course right that the correct word to use here is "pediatric", not "children". I spell it "paediatric", because I'm British, but you probably want the American spelling.

I would put "DT (pediatric diphtheria and tetanus)". You could add "toxoids" or "vaccine" but in this context I don't think you need to.

"DT (doble niños) y dT (doble adultos)

agree  Andy Watkinson: How can you know this isn't Fake News?

-> Thanks, Andy :) Well, there is a lot of post-truth in the world of vaccination. I translated a thing last week about the alleged hepatitis B-multiple sclerosis link.

agree  Robert Carter: Very good, Charles. To be more precise, it's a "bi/divalent vaccine", but I agree with your answer here, particularly for a vaccination record card - they usually try to simplify things.//Absolutely, I only ever heard the abbreviation "MMR" used.

-> Many thanks, Robert. You're right, the tendency is to keep it simple (cf. the fuss over MMR: I don't recall it being called "trivalent"). The learned expression in Spanish is vacuna bivalente, but "doble" is low, popular register.

DT (pediatric bivalent)

Explanation:
I agree with Charles' answer above (i.e. that it's okay to omit the "doble" part in English), but the for the sake of completeness, I believe bivalent (or divalent) would be an appropriate translation if needed.

The research findings presented here will be instrumental for improving the design of a bivalent pediatric vaccine for respiratory syncytial virus and parainfluenza virus type 3, two major causes of severe respiratory tract infection in infants and young children.

The medical field is not my area, but I am not sure why you would go for "DT" meaning "Double antigen - Children combination", rather than the obvious straightforward translation, but I may be dead wrong!

Diphtheria tetanus toxoids
Diphtheria tetanus toxoids is a vaccine that is used to prevent diphtheria and tetanus infections.
vacuna DT (antidiftérica y antitetánica)
Explanation:
Diphteria and tetanus toxoids=vacuna DT. Diphteria, tetanus toxoids and pertussis vaccine=vacuna DPT.
