Introductory section Judicial System Explanation: Are you Trying to translate this or what you put in the Discussions section. As it is completely differrent. "Seccion de Introduccion Organismo Judicial" sounds like a report of some sort "Primer Juzgados de Primera Instancia" is Court of First Instance. | Reference: Organismo Judicial Reference information: Conforme lo establece la Constitución Política de la República de Guatemala, el Organismo Judicial es el encargado de impartir justicia, con independencia y potestad de juzgar. La Ley del Organismo Judicial cita que en ejercicio de la soberanía delegada por el pueblo, imparte justicia en concordancia con el texto constitucional. El marco legal del Organismo Judicial y la Corte Suprema de Justicia se encuentra definido en la Constitución Política de la República de Guatemala, Artículos 203 al 222; en la Ley del Organismo Judicial, Decreto No. 2-89 y sus reformas, y en otras leyes ordinarias del Estado. Misión “Administrar e impartir justicia, garantizando el acceso, atención y debido proceso a la población, en procura de la paz y armonía social”. Visión Ser un organismo de Estado con credibilidad y aprobación social, con personal especializado e íntegro, en condiciones óptimas de funcionamiento, velando por la tramitación oportuna y por la dignidad e igualdad de todas las personas usuarias”. Principios Justicia Independencia Honorabilidad Credibilidad Responsabilidad Transparencia Integridad Eficiencia, Eficacia Y Efectividad Prudencia Respeto Marco Legal La Constitución Política de la República de Guatemala en el Título IV, Capítulo IV en sus secciones Primera, Segunda y Tercera, establece la normativa jurídica en torno al Organismo Judicial y la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Los Artículos del 203 al 222, son los que recogen la legislación constitucional de este organismo estatal. Para las disposiciones fundamentales de organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Judicial y dar mayor eficacia y funcionalidad a la administración de justicia se creó la Ley del Organismo Judicial, con el Decreto 2-89 del Congreso de la República de Guatemala el veintiocho de marzo de mil novecientos ochenta y nueve, publicado en el Diario Oficial el 23 de diciembre de 1990 y entró en vigencia ocho días después. |
