Ordinarily I would say "urology department" or just "urology" but not sure how best to refer to subdivisions here. Urology Division?

No comprendo I voted for both Helen's and Muriel's suggestions, as I thought they were both good choices. However, Diego's suggestion, which I'm not so keen on, has been chosen as the first validated answer. I wouldn't add it to the glossary myself.

I tried different combinations of Urology Department, Urologyy Division, Department of Urology, Surgical Department and Surgical Division and I based my answer on the combination that seems to be the most common.

neutral Adrian MM. : Division is corporate-speak. There is no indication that the asker is after US AmE (New Mexico). Clinic or hospital division is non-standard, e.g.in BrE and OzE. A simply incorrect assumption. It is you who ought to do your research first before posting.

Since you deleted your previous comment, here you go again: "Division" is by no means solely a corporate term. Stanford, UCLA, Oregon all have medical divisions—just as the Imperial College London, University Hospitals of North Midlands (UK), etc.

Department of Urology [Surgical Division at University X]

In 1977, he became a professor and head of the Department of Urology at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at “Laiko” Hospital. Between 1989 and 1997, Dimopoulos was director of the surgical division and president of the medical school (he was elected three times).

A Department is more likely to have a 'Unit'. A division is usually larger than a department.

I didn't specify US vs UK in my question (my error) but as I am using UK English, I think Urology Unit is the best fit in my case. Think I've also seen it used in other articles from Spanish universities & hospitals, too.
