Clinical examination and ECG negative for isch(a)emia Explanation: "Clínica" just refers to normal clinical/physical examinations, creo yo. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 mins (2015-02-19 14:02:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Or you can reword it as "No clinical signs/symptoms of ischaemia and ECG negative" |

Cardiac stress testing: negative for symptoms and ECG Explanation: I you check Wikipedia for "ergometría," you get a short explanation and a link to the English article in the left-hand sidebar, under "En otros idiomas." The English article is titled "Cardiac Stress Test." There are many other synonyms for the name, such as exercise stress testing or the treadmill test. Stress tests are evaluated on the basis of clinical manifestations, or symptoms, such as heart rate, angina, change in cardiac rhythm, having to stop, or the level of activity the subject can complete, as well as the ECG tracing. The explanation given at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003878.htm is better for lay people.
