How to handle the placeholders in the text when translating with DeepL?

Hi,

I use DeepL translator to translate the following text from English to Czetch:

"File to be repaired: '%s'; File size: %I64u bytes"

The result is:

"Soubor k opravě: Velikost souboru: %I64u bajtů"

As you can see, '%s' completely disappears in the translated text. How to prevent this?

I took the liberty of pasting your string and translating it into Polish and this is what I got:

Plik do naprawy: '%s'; Rozmiar pliku: %I64u bajtów

When I change the target language to Czech (and Slovak for good measure), the placeholders are lost. They are not lost on translation to other languages, including non-Roman alphabet languages.
(but they are lost on translation into Greek).

Other than that, both the web interface and the app lose all formatting when you paste text to be translated - formatting needs to be restored in the target text manually.
