We provide a free of charge and hassle-free way to return your items back to ASOS within 28 days of receiving your order, including sale items. For more information on returning your items click here.
How long does it take to arrive with you?
Returns can take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at our warehouse, if returned from the US. However, if you do need to contact us after this date, we'll ask for proof of postage so make sure you ask for this when you make your return and keep it safe!

If you're returning your order from outside the US, it can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach us depending onyour location. Click here for more information on international returns.
What will happen when my return arrives with you?
We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.
Don't worry if the returns form is missing from your parcel - we'll still be able to refund you as your order number is printed on the address label.
There's no need to let us know that you have returned something, just pop it back to us and we'll email once it arrives back.
What happens if I requested an exchange?
If you request an exchange for any items within your order, you'll receive a refund for these. We don't offer exchanges outside of the UK - if you'd like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Returned items
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these retuned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Hoe lang duurt het voordat m’n retour bij jullie aankomt?
Het kan tot 14 werkdagen duren voordat we je retour ontvangen (dit is exclusief weekenden en feestdagen).
Let op dat een retourzending vanuit Nederland eerst naar een landelijk collectiepunt in Goes gaat. Vanaf Goes wordt je bestelling vervolgens doorgestuurd naar ons magazijn in Engeland. Als de tracking scan van je retour 'bezorgd' aangeeft dan betekent dit dat je pakketje in Goes aangekomen is, maar nog niet bij ons ASOS-magazijn: dit kan 14 dagen duren.
Wat gebeurt er wanneer jullie m’n retour hebben ontvangen?
Zodra je retour is ontvangen door ons magazijn in Engeland storten we je geld terug en sturen we je een mailtje om je dit te laten weten. Het kan 10 werkdagen duren voordat het bedrag op je rekening is bijgeschreven.
Als je meer dan één bestelling hebt teruggestuurd in hetzelfde pakketje, hou er dan rekening mee dat het tot 24 uur kan duren om alle geretourneerde artikelen te verwerken.
Ik heb mijn terugbetaling niet ontvangen.
In het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat je geen mailtje hebt ontvangen na de hierboven genoemde tijdsduur, of je hebt wel een mailtje ontvangen maar je geld is nog niet bijgeschreven na de 10 werkdagen, neem dan alsjeblieft contact op met ons Klantenservice team door hier te klikken, zodat we je verder kunnen helpen.
Vermeld je oorspronkelijke bestelnummer, welke artikelen je retour hebt gestuurd, wanneer je ze hebt teruggestuurd, en je Track & Trace nummer of verzendingsbewijs (bijvoorbeeld van een ophaalservice of koeriersbedrijf).
