Source text - Russian Состояние: хронический (продолжительный) стрессовый посттравматический синдром, избегание отношений с мужским полом, подозрительность, страх в любом общении с противоположным полом, повышенная тревожность, бессонница, навязчивые мысли, постоянное возвращение к стрессовой ситуации во сне и наяву, чувство необоснованной вины.
Несмотря на проведённую терапию клиентке пришлось отказаться от выполнения своей работы, связанной с непосредственными контактами с лицами мужского пола. Продолжает опасаться любого вмешательства в её жизнь со стороны мужчин. Живёт в одиночестве и страдает от этого. Боязнь выхода в общественные места, затворничество, опасения социального общения.
Большинство первоначальных проблем остались без изменений. Рекомендуется продолжительный курс индивидуальной психотерапии с погружением в гипнотический сон и регресию в счастливый период жизни.
Анна до сих пор реагирует на внешние раздражители каким либо образом связанные с вышеуказанной психологической травмой – в том числе возникает страх, стресс при пребывании в любой гостинице или при посещении представителей мужского пола различных служб (от почты до строительных фирм).
Translation - English Condition: chronic (prolonged) posttraumatic stress disorder, avoidance of relationship with the male sex, suspiciousness, fear experiencing any interaction with the opposite sex, increased anxiety, insomnia, intrusive thoughts, permanent return to the stressful situation in a dream and reality, a sense of unreasonable guilt.
Despite the therapy taken the client had to quit her job, which involved direct interaction with the opposite sex. The client is still experiencing fear of any interaction with men in her life, feels lonely and suffers from this, however still feels the fear of attending public places and experiencing any social communication.
Most of the initial problems remained unchanged. It is recommended to take a long course of individual psychotherapy with a use of hypnotic trance and regression into a happy period of life.
Anna still responds to external stimuli in any way associated with the above psychological trauma. She experiences fear and stress when staying at any hotel or when dealing with representatives of other organizations and services (from mail to construction firms), in particular when dealing with men.
