Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Administrative law (Costa Rica)

This is from a notarial instrument that is referencing the incorporation papers of two companies, from Costa Rica.
I know nothing of how records are indexed in Costa Rica. In Mexico, you'd normally expect to see the word "folio" or "folio mercantil" somewhere in here, but this Costa Rican registry uses two references that are unknown to me, "consecutivo" and "secuencia". There's the added mystery that in both instances where they appear, both these references are numbered "zero one", but that's probably a red herring.

By the way, I'm posting these terms together because if someone knows what these are, I think it may be useful for future queries.

Context

"Con vista del documento inscrito en la Sección Digitalizada del Registro de Personas Jurídicas al tomo dos mil diecisiete, asiento ciento treinta mil ***, consecutivo cero uno, secuencia cero uno..."

Also

"Con vista del documento inscrito en la Sección Digitalizada del Registró de Personas Jurídicas al tomo dos mil dieciséis, asiento quinientos cuarenta mil ****, consecutivo cero uno, secuencia cero uno"

If I can't find anything convincing, I'll probably use "consecutive reference" and "sequential reference".
