Tribunal @Neilmac - I know, I tried several variations - I get more hits for "Instructing committee", even native sites... :-/ I'm going to have to provide options I think. It's for a massive company so they may already have another protocol using this term.

This could be an option. Official bodies of this nature will have different names or headings depending on where they are based, etc.

I'm no expert, but I think most workplace harassment cases in the UK are also dealt with by the courts, or industrial tribunals.
