Lease agreement
Hi, I'm looking for an English equivalent for tidsmessig in the context below which appears in a residential lease agreement. A direct translation of "timely" or "contemporary" makes little sense. Thanks for your help!
Leieobjektet skal til enhver tid fremstå ryddig, tidsmessig og rengjort.

I think what is meant is "decorated in a contemporary style". Pretty sure, actually.

appear undilapidated ('in tenantable repair')
- not weird for those of us who have worked in conveyancing including landlord and tenant practic/se and have drafted leases.
PS in the UK a schedule of dilapidations is drawn up at the end of a tenancy showing how the premises might have 'aged' and/or been damaged.

Example sentence:
IATE: DAN/ENG optiske egenskabers tidsmæssige bestandighed stability of the optical properties with ageing
Tenantable repairs means such repairs which shall keep the building in the same condition in which it was let out except for ... 'normal wear and tear'
