Perhaps could use Installation of (as given by IATE for konstituering av utvalg) or Approving the AGM? Sorry don't have time for any more input - but Appointment of the AGM doesn't sound right, and election of officers is too narrow (since they also approve the agenda)

This is difficult, because there seems to be no exact equivalent in English.
My Danish dictionaries suggest
appointed a Chairman
or
elected officers

In your case, where all the various preliminaries are listed specifically, I would be tempted simply to leave it out, or write something like
The meeting opened with the approval ...
