Error in source This is either a bad translation or just badly written originally. It could read:

Forsendelse for kjøpers regning og risiko pr. 14 dager dersom ikke annet er avtalt.

However, there might then still be something missing in between. Guesswork:

Forsendelse for kjøpers regning og risiko. Betaling pr. 14 dager dersom ikke annet er avtalt.

All in all, I would go back to the client with this one, to find out what they really intend to say.
