Norwegian term

m-rett opp

Norwegian to English Other Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting knitting
Hi, I'm trying to verify this phrase, m = maske (stitch) as far as I can tell. Straight stitching perhaps? It appears in the following knitting instructions.

Fell av når ermehullet, m-rett opp, måler............ (list of measurement numbers)

Thanks for your help!

measure straight up

The "m" is probably an abbreviation for "målt"="measured".
Example sentence:

8. Measure straight up from point 7 the length of the side seam, including the bottom ribbing; place a dot.
