English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Reseller can order prepaid 4me user-months for a customer from 4me by sending a purchase order or email to 4me. This purchase order or email needs to contain the following information:
 the customer’s name,
 the number of prepaid 4me user-months or perpetual licenses,
 in case of on premise; the support period in increments of 12 months.
