ee -> ई ee में समाप्त होनेवाले शब्दों के हिंदी रूप बनाने के लिए अक्सर ई प्रत्यय का उपयोग होता है - employee - कर्मचारी, addressee - प्राप्ती, trainee - शिक्षार्थी, examinee - परीक्षार्थी, etc. इससे Optionee के लिए विकल्पी ठीक लगता है।

Thank you Vinod Ji, but it is the other way around. He is not the person who is giving the option, he is the person whom the option to buy stock is given. It is his choice if he wants to buy the stock or not, but he has the option to do so.
