A. Design Brief (DB)
The DB is a written specification of the full set of specific functional, technical and aesthetical requirements to the design of the Object in form and content as per the local design regulations and within outlines specified in this Agreement. This document is an official assignment for elaboration the Statutory Design and outlines the targets of the Statutory Design. It is based on the specific requirements of the user groups of the Object, the CLIENT and any other interested parties that the CLIENT or the legislation in power have specified.
The program of requirements will be prepared in collaboration with the CLIENT that will be responsible for the provision all the sources of information required. The DB will then be compiled by the CONTRACTOR and submitted for the CLIENT’s approval.

B. Statutory Design (SD)
The SD stage is based on the approved results of previous stages, a DB approved by the CLIENT and, if applicable, on a properly issued Design Permit. Each stage and part of the Statutory Designs, shall contain the scope and content specified by Decree Nr.87/16.02.08 of the Government of the Russian Federation on the Structure of Sections of Project Documentation and Requirements for their Content and other applicable requirements of the federal and local authorities.
