Delivery of the car
My understanding of the process from the whole sentence is that the car company shall carry out all its commitments except delivery of the car (from the showroom to the location of buyer).
Of cause the car company will have to handover the key to the buyer.
Of cause the car company will have to handover the key to the buyer.

If it refers to a purchase, then 'to hand over the car' would be more appropriate.
If it refers to a rental agreement, then 'the return of the car' would be more appropriate.

Note from asker:
The whole scene happens when buying a new car. But how is "the return of the car" related to the transaction? Which car does it refer to? |
A bit more information: 履行所作出嘅承諾,但唔包括交車方面. |

handover of the car.
...but not including handover of the car.
