I pretty much agree with your translation, I've just made a few adjustments. I'd give the same advice that I provided you with before - there should be no Chinese characters in an English translation. Even if it is 'just' a code, it should be an English one.

: I wasn't saying "do not translate them". I was saying you may consider leaving them in as it is a specific code/number that is used to identify the certificate. As I said a footnote might be a good solution.

In my translation I have tried to be as complete and faithful to the souce text term as possible. Personal documents/certificates may be used as evidence in legal matters, this is why I disagreed with your suggestion of leaving characters untranslated.

I would use "marriage certificate number" as opposed to "marriage card number", and consider leaving the characters after the colon in Chinese as they appear to be part of the number, although strictly speaking it's not a number if it contains Chinese characters too.

I suggested to consider leaving the Chinese characters in there, and it depends what the translation is being used for. You could always translate the characters in a footnote.
