engine runaway
you2che1: also called "chuan che": this is when the idle speed is irregular or when engine RPMs are irregular although there is no load/the accelerator is not being moved. I've also seen this referred to when shutting down the engine -- the engine "refuses" to be turned off (we use the term "dieseling" in English for this meaning when a gasoline engine keeps turning over after the key is shut off -- you have to give it a couple of shots of gas with the accelerator to get it to shut down.)
="irregular idle speed"? This one I can't confirm yet.
Fei1che1=Runaway diesel: according to one source, the engine begins to consume its own engine oil until it "dies".
