I think "x" means times and that makes sense for the 2nd "xz" ("x 20 jours") but not sure how to handle the first "x".

: Yep. It's the equivalent of a doctor's bad handwriting in the form of an email. Intermittent dizziness since stopping bromazepam for 20 days.
