I was wondering if it is something like this where the book is "nested" inside the box and has a wee recessed bit for you to put your finger in in order to lift the book out -

I hope you are all aware of my decision to cease activities in this site. No longer convinced that sharing my knowledge (right or wrong) is the way to go for me and given the fact that I'm actually paying for providing my knowledge (can ypu believe it?) is watch out.
