Spanish to English

Medical (general)
Pathology Report
"Esp.C.Exf." (followed by a four digit number) appears in the stamp (below the name, "M.P." and "M.E.) at the bottom of a pathology report for a prostate biopsy examination in Argentina.
It appears to refer to a type of medical license number.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Specialist/Consultant in Exfoliative Cytology
That would be my suggestion. The other acronyms suggest this person is a physician, so "technician/technologist" wouldn't work here.
