Here's what it is, straight from the horse's mouth:
A traductor jurado is a translator that has been appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and who is officially authorized to provide legal translations between Spanish and another language (in my case, English). When we are appointed as sworn translators, we receive an official card with our own personal number. This commission lasts for a lifetime.

: "Duke of Westminster" is a title. Responding later: a) I'm not British. b) I am a traductor jurado, so I know it's not a "title". It's more an authorisation or licence.

So is Title 12 in the Code of Federal Regulations. The world is bigger than just Britain, bro. Your *opinion* is noted.

: "sworn translator" is arguably a title but I don't think that is what is meant here

Titulo en este caso creo que se refiere a alguna licenciatura, entonces la traducción correcta sería Degree no Title.

: It's not a "degree"
