Prezada Cristina, o termo "patient start" é tradução literal, ou seja "paciente inicia ou começa. A questão aqui é "patient delay", sem um termo específico em português, que quer dizer aquele doente que só procura o médico quando está morrendo! Então ele passa aser um "delayed patient" and "starts" o seu tratamento (naturalmente de forma tardia)
