I came across this term in an autopsy report in the "exámen externo" section:
"Remitido a nuestro Servicio con collarín rígido cervical. Puntura asistencial con apósito en dorso de muñeca izquierda"

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

El problema es que no sabemos exactamente de donde viene la puncture mark. Por eso había optado por incluir "medical procedure." ¡No se me occurió otra cosa! // ¡Estoy contigo! Día largo de verás. ¡A descansar que a mí me quedan varias horas por aquí! ;-)
