This is from a cervical spine X-ray report. The full sentence is "Mild multilevel DDD resulting in degenerative antero-position at C5-6."
I believe it means there is a spondylolisthesis but I just wanted to make sure. Or perhaps there is a more literal translation into French?

Comme on parle d’une "mild" DDP, j’hésiterais à utiliser "antérolisthèse" (un diagnostic en soi); si c’était bien le cas, il me semble que anterolisthesis aurait été utilisé:
Anterolisthesis is a spine condition in which the upper vertebral body, the drum-shaped area in front of each vertebrae, slips forward onto the vertebra below. The amount of slippage is graded on a scale from 1 to 4.
