A DLT is defined as an AE or abnormal laboratory value assessed as unrelated to disease progression, intercurrent illness, or concomitant medications, occurring in Cycle 1 (21 days) meeting any of the following criteria.

Grade 3 neutropenic infection.

Grade 4 (life-threatening) anemia
Grade 5 adverse events (death)
Grade 4 toxicity
