French to English Bus/Financial Insurance Pay slip
This is a French pay slip enumerating the contributions of the employer (cadre: the manager): for Health, Retirement pensions, other employers' contributions (taxable and non taxable CSG/CRDS (general social security contribution/ social security debt repayment contribution), meal vouchers (tickets restaurant patron.)
After these comes "Réintégration mutuelle" (I think it could be referring to a "mutuelle d'entreprise"

Anyway, I am rather at a loss and your input would be much appreciated.

I get your point but there is not physically even the space to write in such a long sentence into the column.

Encore une fois, c'est un slip de paie, pas le manuel de l'employé, ni le livret d'information que remettent (à ma connaissance) tous les assureurs à leurs assurés. Et en règle générale aussi, les employés qui ont des questions sur leur relevé de paie vont demander des explications au services concerné (RH, adm, compta). The average EN-speaker qui travaille pour une entreprise française (si tant est qu'elle est française) devrait y arriver.

Problem with Germaine's solution is that the average EN-speaker will not have the slightest clue how French mutual scheme contributions work. I think you have to spell it out in full, you cannot make assumptions - what for example if ithis is needed for evidence in a legal case?

En règle générale, l'employé connaît déjà les avantages sociaux usuels et les règles qui s'y appliquent. Le slip de paie n'est qu'un résumé. De la même façon que "Réintégration mutuelle" suffit en français, "Mutual dues - Employer" Employer's Mutual dues" - quelque chose du genre en anglais! ;-) - devrait suffire.

Thank you. I think you have the correct meaning, but it is very long as you say. Also I have limited space in the columns and such a long sentence is not going to fit! I may add it at the bottom as a "legend" (key)but will wait a bit longer in case there is another suggestion.

Les cotisations versées par votre employeur à une mutuelle obligatoire d’entreprise pour couvrir vos frais de santé doivent désormais être réintégrées à votre salaire imposable pour être soumises à l’impôt sur le revenu.

Seule la part salariale des cotisations de complémentaire santé est déductible du revenu imposable du salarié. La part patronale est donc soumise à l’impôt sur le revenu (IR). Il faut dont la réintégrer au salaire net du salarié (avec la CSG non déductible et la CRDS) pour obtenir le net imposable.
