@Tom Thank you Tom! Indeed, "future contract" and "futures" are the terms used throughout the source text. No issues with those. "Time contract" appears only once. I suggest you post it as an answer.

Couldn't find on Google any instance of "time contract" (in English) in reference to finances. I would translate as "futures contract".

@ruti I thought I did... It's a finance-related learning module in which "time contract" is presented as a financial instrument, similar to "futures"
