Fc-Domäne
Das ist einfach die Fc-Domäne, also die konstante Region. Es gibt ja leider die Manie, alle Abkürzungen unbedingt bei ihrem ersten Auftreten auszuschreiben. Gerade im Deutschen und gerade im (molekular)biologischen Bereich halte ich das oft für nicht zielführend und würde an deiner Stelle versuchen, mit "Fc-Domäne" durchzukommen. Es ist in den meisten Fällen - und auch hier - völlig irrelevant, dass das "Fc" für "kristallisierbares Fragment" steht.
