@Barend: Thanks for the extra info. I didn't really look into it much, as I was, and still am, rather busy. I should've known that it might be misspelled, as the website is full of errors and typos.

You did not explain in any way what these names refer to and the reader would probably not understand these terms.

In the English language area they use 'cotton wisps' or 'dental floss' for this treatment.
