I would make them plural in our case though, and say "all penetrations in slabs and walls".
Penetrations (holes) are made in floors, walls and roof for pipes and ducts, etc., to pass through.
Forms a continuous vapor barrier especially sealing around electrical and plumbing penetrations in slab.
