Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

This is the name of a section we can find in an employment contract. I've searched for some samples of this type of contract on the Net but still can't find an equivalent. I'm thinking of some possibilities but I'd like some of you to tell me whether there´s a set phrase for this term.
