Spanish term

Oficina Colaboradora en la Gestión

Spanish to English Other Government / Politics
This is a stamp on a deed of incorporation:

OFICINA COLABORADORA EN LA GESTION
R. MERCANTIL xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Impuesto sobre TRANSMISIONES PATRIMONIALES
Presentación: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My working translation is Branch Administrative Office, but I am not convinced.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

authorized administrative office This is what I went for in the end. I am not totally convinced, but I think it conveys the idea.
lorenab23 Dec 11, 2012:
that sounds good but if you can I would wait and see if our European colleagues (who are sleeping right now) have already dealt with this particular term. They may know something we dont ;-)
Nedra Rivera Huntington (asker) Dec 11, 2012:
For Spain Sorry, yes, it is for Spain. So maybe something like "Authorized" for "Colaboradora"? What do you think?
lorenab23 Dec 11, 2012:
nedra where is this from? at least in Spain and if I am not mistaken oficinas colaboradoras are private institutions/entities that have been approved and certified by the state or city council to process/issue/approve deeds, etc.

Collaborating Office

Declined
Literal translation. Unless someone cares to enlighten me as to why I shouldn't propose this (I'd forget the "gestión" part because in my opinion it's stating the obvious and thus redundant).

It looks like the "collaborating office" refers to an intermediary handling the process paperwork, for example a "gestor" or notary or similar.
Note from asker:
Thanks for your help, neilmac, you gave me some good ideas. In the end, I went for "authorized administrative office". It's not perfect, I know, but I think it conveys the idea.
