CT scan - trauma
This is from a report of CT scan findings in a patient who was involved in an accident and suffered multiple injuries.
"Non grossolane alterazioni densitometriche di fegato, milza e reni."
I find the word "densitometric" all over the place in an online search, but I have a feeling it doesn't fit in this context. How would you translate this little phrase?
Grazie di nuovo.
(Dictated on my new Dragon speech recognition software ... an amazing invention.)

pronounced changes in the density (of the liver, spleen and kidneys)
CT scan measures density.
Although "non grossolane" I'm not sure whether this means there were only minor changes or none at all.
