Hi, Does anyone know what "Co" "De" and "Ce" refer to in the context of medicine dose/frequency of use?

Here is the context:

Adiro 100 mg 1c/24 hr Co
Iscover 75 mg 1c/24 hr De
Atorvastatina 40 mg 1c/24 hr Ce
Ranitidina 150 mg 1c/24 hr De Ce

My only query is if Ranidtidine is one tablet a day, then why put "De Ce"

or is it "de" ?
