salve a tutti,
It should be noted that a pH of 4.4-9 is the limiting range for many organisms [14], including staphylococci, Pseudomonas, streptococci, coliforms, and others commonly associated with medical device—related SSTs
Chi riesce a darmi un'indicazione?
Grazie mille
Emanuela

Skin and Soft Tissue Infections
Ciao Emanuela!
Secondo me qui è sottinteso il termine "infections". Vedi ad esempio:
[Table/Fig 2] From this study, it is very
evident that CA-MRSA predominantly
causes skin and soft tissue (SST) infections.
The common presentations for CA-MRSA
skin infections are boils, abscesses,
furuncles, carbuncles,etc. In

Note from asker:
ciao Laura, che piacere sentirti... Avevo pensato anche io a "infezioni" ma non tornava perché in un altro punto si legge: they comprise the three most common pathogens isolated from SSTs and are frequently antibiotic-resistant.
