English term
Med. Cx
English to German
Medical
Medical: Cardiology
Diagnose
This is the beginning of a section in an adverse event report referring to a patient's diagnosis who had a drug eluting coronary stent implanted.
The heading is: "Diagnosis and assessment" followed by
"Coronary 2-vessel disease" and then "Med. Cx without re-stenosis..."
I know Tx for therapy or Rx for prescriptions but I have never come across this acronym before...
Many thanks for your help!

Ramus circumflexus, medialer Ast

there are some more papers using this abbreviation
I should also mention that this was probably not written by a native!
