Discussion

Roxanna Delgado Jun 6, 2007:

Margaret Schroeder Jun 6, 2007:
And consider that it's "lo molo" and not "el molo" ---if it was really "mulo" or "moto" does "lo mulo" or "lo moto" make sense?

What about "lo malo" (another stab in the dark)?
Margaret Schroeder Jun 6, 2007:
Agree it's likely slang; changed.
Jim Tucker (X) Jun 6, 2007:
Wouldn't call it a medical context, given that it's a quote; if you list it as slang you might get more help.
Michael Powers (PhD) (asker) Jun 6, 2007:
Creo que David acertó. Me parece que sí, que David acertó la respuesta. La copia es pésima que me enviaron por fax. Muchas gracias. Mike :)
David Hollywood Jun 6, 2007:
maybe his "mule"???????? "mulo" still stabbing away in the dark here but it might spark off some ideas ... agree with Claudia too :)
Claudia Iglesias Jun 6, 2007:
opino lo mismo que David, buscaría foros de colombianos para preguntar.
David Hollywood Jun 6, 2007:
do you think it might be a typo??? It has to be something fairly common like his "moto" or his cash ... I'm as much in the dark as you on this one but I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a typo ......
Michael Powers (PhD) (asker) Jun 6, 2007:
contexto médico No es "breakwater" en este contexto.

la moto

I think it could be a typo.
I've never heard or seen that word.
It's probably the guy's motorcycle they stole after the hit on the head.

Is it a handwritten report?
Where was the victim attacked? I mean in what city?

Aquí en la lucha, moliendo duro
This is Colombian slang, so maybe if working is moliendo, lo molo is a pay roll.
