: "The hell I do/will" means "I sure as hell WON'T". An emphatic 'yes' is simply "Hell yes!" (NOT 'the hell yes'), and that really only works in response to a question. //Please. 2 sm. wds cap'd for emphasis is not "upset". "The hell yes" is your *wrong* A.
