Hi!

After a computer crash I´m trying to install Studio 2019

The installation begins and when the installer tries to access wwww.go.microsoft.. I get an error.

The error reference is HRESULT=-2146697211.

The last line in the log file is (20/05/2021 09:37:33 a.m.) Downloading 'DotNetFX472\NDP472-KB4054531-Web.exe' from 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=863262&clcid=0x409' to 'C:\Users\Marina\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDE1E5.tmp\'

Does any of you know how to solve this? SDL knowledgebase doesn´t help.

Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 first May 22, 2021

Try installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 first and then try to start installation of Trados. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows-05a72734-2127-a15d-50cf-daf56d5faec2
