Hi,

Anyone knows how to convert a Bengali and Hindi PDF to Word when you don't have the font or any other software which recognises the font? Any online resource available? And is mass text conversion possible online with true character recognition? I don't have Adobe Acrobat or Any adobe software

Thanks,

A Windows font is needed Apr 26, 2014

Word needs an appropriate Windows font, otherwise it is not able to display Bengali/Hindi.

Note: You don't need the font that is used in the PDF. You can use any Bengali resp Hindi font, provided that the PDF uses Unicode.

Note 2: If the text within the PDF is actually a graphic, you need a Bengali/Hindi-enabled OCR-Software.

Vielen Dank .

I think the OCR solution should work out well. IT seems to be a graphic.

Thank you for the bharatdarshan link.

Will revert with results in time.
