Dear all,
I have a question in regards to an individual who needs translations on a monthly basis. However, this individual is willing to pay 30 % upfront in traverlers' check and he is asking for my name and address without sending the document. Is this usual business practice? I have checked his post back, it's not available any longer - nor the company or his name either? Is there any way I can check the validity
of this offer?

Travellers cheques, up-front payment, person/company who can't be traced - what more do you need to tell you it's a scam?
