registered but never received the link Dec 6, 2011

Hi,

I registered already on Friday, and the page shows the message "Your booking has been confirmed for this free event. You have been signed-up for GoToWebinar and the webinar access link has been emailed to you.", but I have not yet received the link... (and yes, I checked it was not accidently directed to the spam folder...).
I submitted a support request a couple of days ago and got no reply...
Please advice.

I have resent an invitation to the email address used for registration at the GTW platform. Please follow the steps suggested here to locate the invitation, http://www.proz.com/faq/26503#26503 HOpe this helps.

Thank you Helen, but still nothing.... I posted another support request and included another e-mail address, perhaps I will be able to receive the link there...

I see you have been answered in the support request with the GTW login link you would need to access the training platform. You do not need any other invitation and since you already registered there is no way to change your email address to another. Please feel free to follow the link suggested in the support request and let me know if you have any other doubts.
