Regularly the above mentioned ad shows up on the home page. Seems waste of time and space to me.
Forgotten to remove?

Client still paying for it? If so, better change 2008 for 2011

Your point seems perfectly valid. Submitting a support ticket is usually the quickest way to resolve any such problems.
