Olá Natália,
Eu normalmente digo sempre o ProZ, em atenção ao local (site) da Internet com esse nome. Se disser página, digo a página do ProZ.
Não tenho uma razão concreta para este uso, apenas acho que me habituei a dizer assim.

Sou mais um a dizer "o ProZ", por uma questão de instinto; de qualquer modo, como já foi dito, o ProZ é um Site e nessa acepção será masculino. Não tenho bem a certeza, mas julgo que Proz é uma espécie de derivação de "professional qualquer coisa" deveria ser Translators, mas não sei bem de onde virá o Z; será de Translatorz? (isto é piada, claro)
